Dear Bromsgrove District Council,
1.How much has Bromsgrove Council paid out in compensation for
injuries received from trips and slips on dangerous pavements and
walkways in Bromsgrove District during the last five years?
2.Please list the locations for instance Hagley where the injuries
were sustained.
3. Please list the total amount paid out year by year up to the
date of this request.
4.Please list the types of injuries sustained and their precise
cause in terms of pavement fault.
5. Were any injuries sustained in Hagley and/or compensation claims
made?

Further to your request dated 14th January 2010 regarding compensation
payments for injuries on dangerous pavements, I can inform you that as a
district council we do not have responsibility for these areas. It is
the responsibility of the Worcestershire County Council Highways
department and I suggest that, if you have not already done so, you
direct your request to them.
I hope this resolves your enquiry and that you are satisfied with the
response.
However, if you are dissatisfied with the way your request has been
