Dear HM Prison Service,
I am making a data information request as the information I require
is not freely available in the public domain.
I was wondering as a concerned taxpayer, how much money has been
paid out by way of compensation in claims made against HMP Kennet
in the nearly 5 years that it has been open.
If possible would this be able to be broken down into three
categories.
1. Paid to Offenders
2. Paid to Officers or other Prison Staff
3. Paid to members of the public, non-prison related staff.
Also, would it be possible to give the range of these payments and
the most popular type of claim made.
