Compensation Paid to Claimants of Alleged Child Abuse in RBKC /Kensington and Chelsea

Dear Kensington and Chelsea Primary Care Trust (PCT),
Thank you for your attention and time, please send the following
information
1. The total number of compensation claims in the last five years
made to the local health authority from people who claim they were
sexually abused as children whilst in the care of the local
authority
2. How much money was given by the local health authority as a
total sum as any type of payment that followed a complaint, in the
last five years (from this date - March 15th 2011- back please if
possible) / to people who were financially compensated as a
consequence of the complaint brought, please
3. 'Local Authority' here is referring to the local health
authority and not the 'the council' (unless they are linked, in
which case please explain the links and differences or direct me to
the correct person for information here please) rather, payments
given via the legal department that covers health issues of
allegedly abused children including those who have been 'LAC
('looked after') children but the HEALTH authority has made payment
rather than the 'council' and if there have been combined payments
from both budgets (Council and Health Dept.s) please give as much
detail as possible.
4. How many cases of child abuse were brought to courts of law
against the council by an child/adult alleging they had been abused
as children whilst in care of the local health authority within the
last five years please?
5. How many complaints of child abuse have been made against the
local health authority by an child/adult alleging they had been
abused as children
whilst in care of RBKC/ Kensington and Chelsea health trusts []
within the last five years
please?
6. Were any children/adults from Barlavington Manor (a care home
where disabled children were allegedly abused, it was privately
funded by RBKC) paid compensation from the local health authority
please, as Moira Gibb (very senior Social Worker) was reported to
have claimed 'the abuse probably happened' but I can find no other
references to the outcomes of these alleged abuses, many thanks for
