Dear South Holland District Council,
I understand that you and East Lindsey council have established a
joint company to provide a range of shared services, working in
partnership with Hitachi, Capita and Microsoft.
Please can you provide details of the process used to select these
IT suppliers. Was this advertised using OJEU, in which case please
can you provide a copy of the Contract Notice and Award Notice? If
it was procured from a Framework, please can you advise which
Framework was used and when it was advertised?
If Compass Point deals with its Freedom of Information Act requests
independently from the Council, I should be grateful if you would
pass this request on to them unless you also hold the requested
information in your records.

I am awaiting a response to my Freedom of Information Act request
concerning the Compass Point IT providers. By law you should have
responded promptly and at the latest by 5 August. I am disappointed
