Dear Water Industry Commission for Scotland,
I am compiling a table to compare the performance of Scottish Water
with the privatised water companies in England & Wales. The table
will look at average consumer costs - both domestic and commercial,
and also at capital investment in both new infrastructure and the
maintenance of existing (England & Wales capital investment approx
£22bn over the next 5 years
It may be that in the course of your own work you have information
approximating to this request and I would be happy to look at this
and, if my primary proposes are served, it may not be necessary to
tabulate all the information requested. Thank you,
