Dear Department for Business, Innovation and Skills,
Dear Sir
I am aware that since April 2011 Business Link, under the auspices
of BIS, has been using the Companies House web filing system to
incorporate companies.
Could you please advise the following:
1. How many companies have been formed through this system since
that date?
2. Please confirm that all of these were formed at the price of £18
as advertised.
3. Could you please confirm that Business Link pays Companies House
£14 filing fee for each company.
4. Could you please advise of all the direct costs incurred by
Business Link for supporting this company formation process. This
would include staff and accommodation costs as well as any other
related expenditure.
Yours faithfully,
Howard Graham
