Please consider this communication as a request for information in
accordance with the FOISA 2002.
My request is for information relating to Community Service Order,
(CSO)
specifically written policies, procedures, practice notes and
enforcement policies and ensuring and demonstrating that Fife
council actions comply with Legislation and Scottish executive
guidance.
including but not limited to
terms and conditions of a CSO
Identifying and enforcing a Breach of CSO
Identifying work placements
Identified work placement
Identifying team placements
Identified team placement
Fife Council annual performance
Offenders right to a personal placement over a team placement
Offenders right to a team placement over a personal placement
Ensuring dignity and consistency of the Treatment of offenders by
CSO supervisors
Steps Taken to ensure CSO offenders have clear understanding what
is expected of them
Steps taken to ensure offenders have clear understanding what to
expect from a CSO supervisor
Steps taken to ensure offender on CSO have a clear understanding of
the complaints procedure and what may constitute a complaint
Steps taken to ensure an offender is not prejudiced following the
access of the complaints procedure
please note that 8.1.b of the FOI Act asks for an "address for
correspondence", and that the email address I am using is
sufficient therefore expect all communication, information to my
given address which is my email address

Please see attached documents. Fife Criminal Justice Services work in line
with the guidance and principles of the attached documents.
Please see attached the link for the employee code of conduct which all
employees of Fife Council are expected to adhere to.
The Standards & Audit Committee approved a new version of the code on 15
March 2011. This has also been agreed with the trade unions.

The Code provides advice and guidelines covering a range of work issues.
For example it includes:
