I apologise for the delay in responding to your Freedom of Information request of 18 November 2011. You requested the following information:

Under FOI can you please let me know who owns the following property, and what current future plans are in place for the following property. Community Training Services NHS Trust on Oaklands Road, Salford, Lancashire, M7 3QQ.

In answer to your request, the property in question is owned by the council and forms part of a regeneration development partnership with a private developer. It is earmarked for demolition and redevelopment, although the future use of this land has yet to be decided.
