Following the Community Services Review there was a re-tendering of
services in social care.
Please could you release any documents or minutes relating to any
research completed, or discussions in making decisions regarding
price for the three bench marked hourly rates within the tender and
a breakdown of any elements attributed to the cost per unit.

Thank you.
May I suggest that, if applicable to Section 41 and Section 43,
that the actual costs per unit of the three bench marked rates are
available to any carer wanting to purchase services from an agency.
May I also suggest that a breakdown of the rates in percentage
terms would be perfectly acceptable if you did not wish to publish
any figures.
Further to any Committee reports, I would, as in my initial request
wish to see the research, and any emails containing discussion
presented to any committee in reaching the three bench marked
rates.
