Dear Southwark Borough Council,
You have not responded to my Freedom of Information request of 16th
March, in which I requested copies of correspondence between
Southwark Borough Council and Thames Clippers regarding the upkeep
and safety of Greenland Pier.
This is neither prompt nor within 20 days of receipt as legally
stipulated. Please inform me of the current status of my request.

Dear Mr Battley
I apologise for the oversight in acknowledging your request for
information and for the delay in providing you with the information that
you have requested. The information that you have requested has a vast
amount of personal data, which under the FOI Act 2000 cannot be
released.
I am in the process of going through all the emails and reports that
has personal data and redacting this and will endeavour to release the
information to you by close of business tomorrow.
