Dear Mr Kemp

With reference to your Freedom of Information request. This was received at our offices, electronically, on January 26.

The situation, at the moment, is complex. Cheshire East Council is a new unitary authority and the communications staffing structure has only just been formalised. (see attached)

As such, the great majority of the posts have as yet, not been populated and therefore we cannot answer your queries at this time.(Section 22 applies, FOI Act 2000)

However, if you care to re-present your Freedom of Information request in three months, then all of your questions will be answered at that time.

Should you wish to discuss the content of this message please contact me.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your request and wish to make a complaint or request a review, under the Freedom of Information Act, of this decision relating to your request, you should write to the Freedom of Information Officer, Cheshire East Council, Westfields. Sandbach, Cheshire, CW11 1HZ

If you are not content with the outcome of your complaint, you may apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the complaints procedure provided by the Council. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF
Yours sincerely
