Dear MotorCycleParking,

Thanks for your response. The second part wasn't answered though.
My point is that in your document motorcycle Demo.5.doc you have
clearly given the email from someone outside of Westminster Council
and the Heart of London Business Alliance.

The email header states:

From: Against motorcycle parking
Sent: 10 May 2009 20:19
To: Heart of London business alliance
Subject: Westminster Council

- Note this email is to Heart of London Business Alliance, not
Westminster Council.

A further different header states:

From: Against motorcycle parking

Sent: 13 May 2009 11:14
To: Communications Manager Heart of London business alliance
Subject: Re: Westminster Council Motor Bike demo

Again, this is from someone to the Heart of London Business
Alliance, not Westminster City Council.

Neither emails are copied from the originator to Westminster
Council so why are they reproduced here in this FOI?

How did Westminster Council obtain these emails?

See your document: motorcycle Demo.5.doc

Yes, I am mistaken. You have released an email sent directly to The
Heart of Business Alliance because they, in turn, had sent it to
Danny Chalkley to clarify why they didn't respond to the email
directly.

With reference to that. Can you tell me why the Communications
Manager of The Heart of Business Alliance is reporting her actions
to Danny Chalkley of Westminster Council in the absence of her
Director?

Can I ask, in plain terms, what is the relationship between
Westminster Council and Danny Chalkley with The Heart Of London
Business Alliance?
