Communications about Freedom of Information requests

Li Na made this Freedom of Information request to University of Salford

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, University of Salford should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

From: Li Na

7 April 2010

Dear University of Salford,

I would like to request any communications between any employees of
the University of Salford and any employees of the Information
Commissioner's Office (ICO) during the period from 4th November
2009 to 7th April 2010 (inclusive).

I would also like to request any internal communications between
staff at the University of Salford about communications between the
University and the ICO, or the subjects of these communications,
for the same period.

My definition of communications includes, but is not limited to,
emails, letters, records of telephone conversations, phone
messages, memos and minutes of meetings.

Yours faithfully,

Li Na

Dear University of Salford,

You should have responded promptly and by 6 May 2010.

If you don't reply within 7 days, or if you repeat your standard
"vexatious" reply, I will just have to complain to the ICO again.

Yours faithfully,

Li Na
