Communication between Home Office and DfBERR (DBIS) concerning Phorm or 121Media

Steven Thomlinson made this Freedom of Information request to Home Office

Home Office did not have the information requested.

From: Steven Thomlinson

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please supply copies of the above between the period 1st January
2005 and 30th April 2005. The company "Phorm" traded as "121Media"
prior to changing their name and they were a company involved in
the mining of data concerning internet users browsing habits.

In recent years I have read that Phorm have been somewhat
controversial using newer technologies to achieve the same aims,
but it is the early part of 2005 I am interested in
knowing more about; especially with regard to any communication
within the above government areas. I have been researching this
area for a few months and this is one time period where there seems
to be no public information available as yet.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Steven Thomlinson
