Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Islington Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.
From: Richard Jackson
10 August 2008
Dear Sir or Madam,
In response to another FOI request (your reference: 193954), you
supplied a spreadsheet of expenditure on Common Purpose courses.
However you appear to have overlooked the part of the request that
asked for copies of the relevant invoices.
I would ask that you either provide same or issue a formal
rejection notice.
I would also ask that you disclose the name and job title of each
person sent on each course.
Yours faithfully,
Richard

Dear Mr Jackson
I apologise for the delay in collating these invoices. The invoices from
the early 2000s were processed before Islington Council centralised its
Accounts Payable function and regularised its information governance
policies.
We are working to ensure you have all the documentation you requested and
expect to be able to provide this by 05 December 2008.
If, in the interim, you would like to view the 13 invoices we have
obtained of the 25 in total, I can reply to your request in two parts.
Regards
Ailsa Mechen
