Thank you for your enquiry received 31/12/09. The FOI Team have had a
previous requests regarding "Common Purpose Training" and have provided
the following Information. I have not logged your request for this reason.

In accordance with FOIA Portsmouth City Council confirms it holds the
information provided by our HR department as follows:

The PDF scanned document, plus the excel spreadsheet enclosed have been
extracted from our system, which provides Information since March 02 for
our bookings with Common Purpose. I have redacted Officers names who are
graded below the 3^rd tier of our staffing system. However I have
included the Job Titles of the officers but some of which have now left
the Authority.

The Information provided is from 2002, retention periods only have to, by
law, keep information for 6 years plus 1. Since Oct 07' there has only
been 1 more entry dated June 09'. Thank you.
