Dear Sir or Madam,
Please supply:
1. the names and ranks/grades of all personnel in the Fees Office
who are Common Purpose 'graduates'.
2. the total expenditure by the Fees Office on Common Purpose
courses for each of the years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002,
2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 to date together with a
copy of the invoice for each Common Purpose course paid for by the
Fees Office.
By 'Common Purpose', I mean the training organisation of that name:
http://www.commonpurpose.org By Common Purpose 'graduate', I refer
to those people who have passed the advanced Common Purpose
courses.

In 2001 the Fees Office ceased to exist as a separate office within the
Department of Resources and a new Operations Directorate has been
formed.
We have conducted a search in all personnel files of Operations
Directorate staff and the House of Commons database, however no records
of information relevant to your request have been found. Therefore we
can confirm that the information you require is not held by the House of
Commons.
You may, if dissatisfied with the treatment of your request, ask the
House of Commons to conduct an internal review of this decision.
Requests for internal review should be addressed to: Freedom of
Information Officer, Department of Resources, House of Commons London
SW1 OAA or [House of Commons request email]. Please ensure that you specify the
nature of your complaint and any arguments or points that you wish to
make.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may appeal to the Information
