In the absence of the courtesy of a reply to Mr McLean's request of

I am going to have a try.
Please provide details of:
1. the names and ranks/grades of all employees in your organisation
who are Common Purpose 'graduates'.
2. the total expenditure by your organisation on Common Purpose
courses for each of the years 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002,
2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 to date together with a
copy of the invoice for each Common Purpose course paid for by your
organisation.
By 'Common Purpose', I mean the training organisation of that name:
http://www.commonpurpose.org By Common Purpose 'graduate', I refer
to those people who have passed the advanced Common Purpose
courses.

Dear Mr Walker,
Thank you for your email and I apologise for the delay in responding this
was due to an internal mix-up over who was supposed to be responding to
you.
I have spoken with our HR and Procurement departments and they have checked
all of our archived docs and financial systems and the only record of
expenditure we have with Common Purpose was in November 2000 when we paid
them £188.00. I understand that due to the 'historic' nature of this
payment we no longer have a copy of the invoice or any other details of
what this expenditure was for.
