answers to your questions are below.
I trust we have interpreted your request correctly, and this is the
information you required.

You have a right to make a complaint to us if you are not happy with any
aspect of the way we have handled your request for information. Please

Details (course, amount) of spending (2008/09) on 'common purpose'
training courses, ie: diversity training, leadership training etc.

Our core training programme for 08-09 cost £62,950. The programme
includes all the training we offer internally, but not
technical/specialist training which is delivered externally, or
qualification training.
