Please provide the following information:

Charity "Common Purpose"; meaning the training organisation of that
name:http://www.commonpurpose.org/home.aspx

On a yearly basis from 2000 onwards , unless of course money was
paid to Common Purpose from an earlier period, in which case please
include information from the earlier period.

1. Name all Elected Councillors who have attended a Common Purpose
course?

2. Name all employees who have attended a Common Purpose course?

3. How much money has been paid to this organisation?

4. Please provide copies of invoices/receipts.

I write further to your Freedom of Information request received on 9th April 2009. For ease of reference I have used the same numbering as that used in your original request.

1. No elected Councillors have attended a Common Purpose course.

2. The following employees have attended a Common Purpose course:
2000: IT Services Manager - Dave Thomas
2001: Director of Corporate Services - Mark Radford
Head of Service - Ian Webster
2002: Head of HR - Janet Mason
2003: Head of Service - Brian Planner
2004: Environmental Services Manager - Mark Goldhawk
2006: Chief Executive - Mark Bilsborough
Finance Manager, Sure Start - James Duncan
Council Officer - Alan Marolia
Council Officer - Kieren Mansfield

3. The following sums have been paid to Common Purpose:
2000: £1700 + VAT
2001: £1850 + VAT
2002: £2200 + VAT
2003: £2300 + VAT
2004: £2350 + VAT
2006: £6190.64 + VAT

4. Copies of Invoices attached.

I would be very interested to know whether the Mark Radford mentioned here is the same Mark Radford who is now senior Solicitor on the Litigation team for KCC, and is now "dealing with" FOI requests.
