Dear Michael DOHERTY PSE 53852,
It is quite worrying that Kent Police are being so selective in
failing to provide a response.
Maybe you could simply state whether there has been an increase in
the figures provided by Kent Police on 13th October 2008
quoting £36,655.63 had been spent on Common Purpose Courses.( see
below)

Sir or Madam,
Our Reference: C/1902/2009
I have noted your message of 6 May 2009.
Kent Police does and will continue to respond with appropriate information
to properly made out freedom of information requests that include the name
of the requester. The available evidence is that your messages do not
contain the name of their originator and therefore do not fall within the
realm of freedom of information. I have already provided assistance that
would enable you to disprove my belief that the name by which you style
yourself is pseudonymous and presented in a fashion calculated to be
distressing. I have also provided you with other avenues for advice.
Once again I will remind you Kent Police responds to properly made freedom
of information requests and will continue to do so. Kent Police has
responded in full to at least one request relating to the subject to hand
and I am not aware of any reason not to do so again in the future - if a
properly made out request including the name of its originator is made.
Regards,
md
