Dear Information Governance,
lease identify ALL the individuals who have attended Common Purpose
at the ratepayers' expense. Please describe precisely what benefits
the ratepayer by Council employees attending Common Purpose at
ratepayers' expense? Please bear in mind that *any* course or
seminar attended on ratepayers' time and money CANNOT be claimed as
"private" as we are ENTITLED TO KNOW PRECISELY what OUR (NOT Local
Authority's) money is being spent on. Please also bear in mind that
failure to declare any real benefits to the ratepayer after
spending ratepayers' money can only enrich said employees
personally. Such expenditure is unlawful; it falls under the common
law offence of FRAUD.
Yours sincerely,
James Moore
