Common Law in Family Courts or Not ?

John Harris (Account suspended) made this Freedom of Information request to House of Lords

House of Lords did not have the information requested.

From: John Harris (Account suspended)

11 October 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please state whether or not the Family Courts operate under Common
Law.

If they do operate under Common Law then please provide the
recorded information that states that
parents/relatives/grandparents are guilty until proven innocent.

If the Family Court's do not operate under Common Law, please state
under what Law they operate.

Many families are having to jump through assessment hoops to prove
they are innocent without any evidence or facts that prove them
guilty and whose heritage in the form of their children are being
ripped away forever.

Best Regards,

John Harris
