Common Law

dave: priest made this Freedom of Information request to Ministry of Justice

Waiting for an internal review by Ministry of Justice of their handling of this request.

From: dave: priest

18 June 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Can you please confirm or correct me in my understanding that
common law is the primary law and has primary jurisdiction in
England and whether, once ratified by all member states, the Lisbon
Treaty will override common law, thank you

Yours faithfully,

dave: priest

Dear Sir or Madam,

You are now in violation of your law because because you have not
responded to my freedom of information request that is, is Common
Law England's primary law having primary jurisdiction and if so
will the universal ratification of the Lisbon Treaty stop this?

Yours faithfully,

dave: priest

Dear Data Access & Compliance Unit,

My request for information is now long overdue. I do not know what
you are talking about when you request a reference number, I have
no reference number, all the information you require is at
whatdotheyknow.com. Can you please just provide the required
information, as stated in previous messages. You are now breaking
your law by withholding the information

Yours sincerely,

dave: priest

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am not sure why the Ministry of Justice has not replied to my
request for information as no explanation has been given leaving me
short of options. An option that I do have is to request an
internal review. Can you perform an internal review of your, what
seems to be, rather secretive organisation, the Ministry of Justice

Yours faithfully,

dave: priest
