7 March 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your reply to my FOI request. I am not requesting the
whole report I want to know if he has recommended that the Cabinet
Office Guard Service which was privatised in 2007 be returned In
house. I don't believe this is a risk to public or Government
safety in releasing this part of the report but would inform the
public that privatising the Cabinet Office Guard Service was more
for a head count than making the Cabinet offices at 70 Whitehall
more secure and cost effective.

Yours sincerely,

paul griffiths
