Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Parliamentary and
Health Service Ombudsman's handling of my FOI request 'Commission
for Local Administration in England'.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/co...
The issue is not about the investigation of reports. The CLAE
produce the guidance used for the investigation of complaints that
can be used for the production of reports.
Yours sincerely,
Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS

Dear Complaintsphso,
The issues should be identified in the triennial reports that the
CLAE are collectively responsible for producing.
There has been much confusion in relation to the 2005 triennial
report.. and there should now be a 2008 triennial report. The
issues are partly discussed here.
http://www.amv3.com/forum/viewtopic.php?...
The PHSO is as you point out personally responsible collectively
with the LGO's for its production.
Yours sincerely,
Stuart Hardwicke CARRUTHERS
