Ganesh Sittampalam made this Freedom of Information request to House of Commons

Dear Sir or Madam,
I refer to your assertion in your recent response to Francis
Irving's FOI request
(http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/12...
) that you would if necessary rely on section 43(2) to withhold the
information in the form requested.
Please could you supply a list of all the commercial interests of
yourself or others that you have identified in this information,
and an explanation of how they would be adversely affected by its
publication. To be clear about what recorded information I am
seeking, I am following the definition of "commercial interest"
found in http://www.justice.gov.uk/docs/foi-exemp... -
copyright (or "property right" as you put it) is not in itself a
commercial interest without some explanation of how it affects
commercial activities by you or someone else. I therefore wish to
know if you hold any such explanation, and if so what it is.
Yours faithfully,
Ganesh Sittampalam

Dear Bob,
I don't see any explanation in that additional information of what
the commercial interests are, so my original request still stands.
By the way, I am specifically interested in what you held at the
time I made my request, though obviously if there are additions
after that you are free to list them separately in your response.
Thanks,
Ganesh
