I wish to acknowledge receipt of your request.
I have asked the relevant officers of the Authority to commence enquiries
immediately to find all applicable information relating to your request
under the FOI Act and to supply any which is found to me.
Your request has to be processed within a maximum of 20 working days,
which means the Council must provide you with the information it has
(assuming no exemptions are claimed) by 28 July 2008. If it is possible
to provide you with the information within a shorter timescale then that
will be done.

Further to my acknowledgement of your request I have received some
information from the Director of Area Management. I can confirm we do hold
the information requested.
You asked:
1) All the comments received by the Council to the Strategic
Housing Land Assessment Draft November 2007 by the published
deadline of January 2008.
2) All comments to the same document received by the Council since
the deadline.
I attach below the summary of comments received on the SHLA draft document
November 2007, and details of the meetings and consultation in relation to
the SHLA. We have the all the original copies, which can be inspected at
Belmont House in Guisborough.
3) The date(s) of any meetings, past present and future, scheduled
by the Council with regards to public or internal consultations or
internal Council decision-taking in relation to the SHLA.
