Dear Bexley Borough Council,
1. Please advise the number of moving traffic penalty charge
notices issued in the period 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010 that
alleged contravention of a prohibited turn by stating the wording:
”Failing to comply with a sign indicating a prohibited turn”
(possibly noted additionally as a contravention Code 50).
2. The total value of penalties paid to the council during this
period in response to such PCNs.
3. The date when the council changed this form of words on PCNs
alleging contravention of a prohibited turn, the reason for the
change, and the revised PCN text now in use for this contravention.

Code 50 Moving Traffic Contraventions - Bexley - our reference 10/503
