Dear Sir or Madam,
This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000.
Please provide information about:
(a) current facilities at Dover House available to members of the
Scottish Executive and members of the staff of the Scottish
Administration,
(b) current protocols about what information is communicated from
the Scotland Office to the Scottish Government about policy and
operational matters, and
(c) actions that have taken place at the instance of the Scotland
Office in the last six months to emsure a sufficient and timeous
flow of information to the devolved Scottish Government.

Dear Mr Wyllie,
Subject: Freedom of Information request - Co-operation with Scottish
Government
Thank you for your email dated 2 March.
You asked for the following information under the Freedom of Information
Act 2000:
(a) current facilities at Dover House available to members of the
Scottish Executive and members of the staff of the Scottish
Administration,
(b) current protocols about what information is communicated from
the Scotland Office to the Scottish Government about policy and
operational matters, and
(c) actions that have taken place at the instance of the Scotland
Office in the last six months to ensure a sufficient and timeous
flow of information to the devolved Scottish Government.
(a) The Scottish Government have a MOTO agreement with the Scotland Office
which provides them with the use of 22.78% of the total room area in
Dover House. The Scotland Office provide routine support services for
those rooms and for the security of the building.
(b and c) There is no protocol covering this. There is frequent
interchange of information between the Scotland Office and the Scottish
Government about how policy impacts on Scotland.
If you are dissatisfied with this response to your request you may ask for
