Mr Day
I refer to your request for information regarding:
The cost of maintaining/hosting councillor websites via the councillor
info website for the last financial year.
The number of website 'hits'/visits for the same period.
I can confirm that the cost of the contract is £9995 per year.
Unfortunately we do not have a record of the number of hits/visits for the
same period.
We do however have administration rights to these sites and can compile a
record of the number of hits/visits to date for each individual Member. We
will be unable to include those Members who were not re-elected in May
2010 because the sites are deleted. If it would be helpful I can also let
you have records compiled earlier this year showing comparisons between
Sandwell and other Authorities.
Could you please confirm that this acceptable
