Dear Bristol City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Bristol City
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Climate Summit for Mayors'.

I sent this request on December 11 2009 and should have received a
reply by January 14 2010. It is now 26 January 2010 and I have
received no response.

It therefore appears that Bristol City Council officers are
deliberately withholding politically embarrassing information from
the general public

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Bill Wren

“Eurocities” network with that organisation’s Secretary General,
arrived the evening of 14th December, and left the morning of 16th
December. They stayed in Malmo Sweden as hotels were 50% cheaper than in
Copenhagen, and travelled the short distance between Malmo and Copenhagen
by train. The Sustainable City Group Manager attended a schedule of
lobbying and networking events from 14th December to 18th December,
including the inaugural network meeting of the EU Green Capital finalists.

10. From which BCC budget (or other public budget) the trip is being

The Director of Strategy and Performance holds the budget for corporate
