Dear Mr Shutt

Thank you for your information request. The council received this on 14
May 2009.

The council is only able to meet part of your request.

This is because some of the information you have sought is not available
for release under one of the exemptions set out in the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

I can inform you that North Lincolnshire Council do have contact with
Clearsprings on a case by case basis.

However, the Council would not be able to supply information of this
nature as any such information would be subject to the Exemption contained
in Section 40 subsections (2)(b) and (3)(a) of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000, on the grounds that disclosure would be a breach of the Data
Protection Principles in respect of service users.

To write to each individual concerned would bring this request outside of
the charging provisions for Freedom of Information requests.

The information supplied with this email is for your own personal use. You
are not entitled to reuse the information in any way without the express
permission of the Council.

The Council has published licence for reuse of its information, which may
be found at
[1]www.northlincs.gov.uk/northlincs/councilanddemocracy/policyandperformance/freedomofinformation
on the Internet. If you wish to reuse the information supplied you must
apply in writing (an e-mail will suffice) to the Council in accordance
with the terms of the licence for such permission supplying the following
information,

* your name and address;

* specify which documents you want to re-use

* state the purpose for which the document is to be re-used

Please note that you may be charged for the information you have requested
and you are referred to the Council's standard scale of charges, which can
be found at
[2]www.northlincs.gov.uk/northlincs/councilanddemocracy/policyandperformance/freedomofinformation
so that you can see what the charge might be.

If you are unhappy about this, please let me know. I will refer the
matter to the council's complaints policy. Or you can complain by e-mail
at: [3][North Lincolnshire Council request email] .

Yours sincerely
