Dear Tasker, Mike,

Thank you for your response. I'm afraid however that it does not
answer my request. I asked for full particulars for any dog control
orders that the
District Council has applied, or is considering applying, under the
terms of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005, for any
land within the Up Holland parish.

Your response simply identifies the nature of various orders that
hve been applied. It does not provide, for example, a complete copy
of the order, details of the relevant fixed penalty amounts set,
and dates from which the order is in effect.

I'd be grateful if you could respond with the above, and any other
information which might be included within the full particulars for
each order.

Yours sincerely,

David Johnson
