Dear Sir or Madam,

Please provide a copy of any updated Appendix 3 produced, dates of
revision, date of circulation and date of adoption by the CLAE
produced from CLA 531 18 July 1995.

Further please identify what sanctions the CLAE imposed on
Ombudsmen who had already delegated decision making to staff.

... please note I am sitting to the left of the Ombudsman observing
that complaints are identified by the CLAE as being ruby, tawny and
vintage..

please also provide copies of all guidance issued by the CLAE to
staff having drawn on the Parliamentary Ombudsmans experience on
this issue... as identified in CLA 531 27 July 1995
