Could you please show as two separate amounts;
1)The amount in sterling, the total amount of Civil Penalties
issued to employers for employing illegal workers between 29/2/08
and 31/12/08.
2)The amount in sterling, the total amount collected for Civil
Penalties issued between 29/2/08 and 31/12/08 for employing illegal
workers.
Could you please explain any significant differences in these
amounts.

and appeal rights for Civil Penalties imposed for the employment of
illegal workers?
2)Of all employers/businesses that have appealed/objected and have
exhausted the maximum timetable allowed, what percentage of
employers/businesses have done so successfully?

29/2/08 and 31/12/08 should now have exhausted all objections and
appeals, could you confirm the total amount collected from these
