Under section 9 of the Civil List Audit Act 1816:

"It shall be lawful for the Treasury, and they are hereby required,
to prepare a full and complete code of instructions for the
guidance of the conduct of such auditor in the execution of his
duties as aforesaid; and it shall be lawful for the Treasury from
time to time to alter and change such code of instructions, or to
issue any additional instructions for the conduct of the said
officer,"

Please can I have a copy of the current version of the code of
instructions and any additional instructions.

Sorry you weren't able to access all the information; I presume you were referring to the disclosure rather than the covering letter. I checked what I sent and it was complete, so I think the problem was with the multipage tif file format. I hope the attached alternative file format is better for you.
