CIVIL LIBERTIES

A Freedom of Information request to Department for Communities and Local Government by Julie Shrive

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Department for Communities and Local Government should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Who oversees that the Local Authorities, Regulatory Authorities etc
are investigating issues honestly as there appears to be sole
corporate directors directing with a rod of iron with remits and
procedures so there is no discretion . Is this democratic and how
are issues of discrimination addressed - especially towards the
disabled as getting around is becoming more and more
problematic. And if you have dementia God help you .What if they
registered you wrongly as mentally disabled? How can you get issues
addressed?

Yours faithfully,

Julie Shrive
