Dear Sirs,
Re: Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions
I understand that before applying for powers of civil enforcement
of parking contraventions under the Traffic Management Act 2004,
authorities must confirm in writing to the Secretary of State that
they have ensured that traffic signs and road markings are
consistent with the TSRGD.
Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act, I request that
you provide a copy of the declaration so made by Nottinghamshire
County Council.

FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000 - INFORMATION REQUEST
I acknowledge your request for information received on 27 February 2009.
