22 January 2010
Dear Eastleigh Borough Council,
Myself and Chris Huhne MP, were informed two years ago in writing
by EBC Arts Department, that an exhibition of photographs by Chris
Nash that were on display in The Point, would be auctioned to raise
funds for local art projects.
Please can you tell me where and when this auction took place and
the total amount of money that was raised as a result of the sale
of these pictures.
Please
Yours faithfully,
Matthew S Myatt

Dear Roxanne,
Why is there a delay in my FOI request.
You were required by law to respond by the 19th Feb 2010 and are
now breaching the FOI Act and as such committing a criminal
offence.
Yours sincerely,
Matthew S Myatt

Dear Eastleigh Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Eastleigh Borough
Council's handling of my FOI request 'Chris Nash Photographs'.
It has been well over 20 working days since I made the request and
I have tried to follow up on the delay to this request but still do
not have the information despite an assurance from your FOI Officer
that I would receive this information on Monday 1st March, 2010.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:
