Under the terms of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002,
please supply me with the following information for your Local
Authority area:
1. The total number of children who are currently on the Child
Protection 'At Risk' Register.
2. The number of children of compulsory school age who are
currently on the Child Protection 'At Risk' Register.
3. The total number of electively home educated children.
4. The number of electively home educated children who are
currently on the Child Protection 'At Risk' Register.
5. The number of electively home educated children who are known to
have been subject to abuse, neglect, forced marriage, sexual
exploitation or domestic servitude.
6. The number of electively home educated children who are
suspected to have been subject to abuse, neglect, forced marriage,
sexual exploitation or domestic servitude and who have been
referred to services.
7. The number (if any) of Significant Case Reviews which have
involved electively home educated children.
