John Freeman left an annotation (18 February 2011)

The link on the County Council web site no longer functions. Lancashire Coubty Council seem to regularly amend their site stricture, confounding attempts to maintain links. However, this 2011 interview - http://www.blackburncitizen.co.uk/news/8... -- cites CEO Phil Halsall's salary as £195,000 as chief executive, an increase of £65,000 on his executive director of resources pay.
