I believe that your authority uses the MacFarlane CallPlus
Automated Call Distribution system to manage inbound telephone
traffic. Please confirm if this is the case.

If so, please provide copies of the CallPlus standard report (an
inbuilt system report) separately for each week for the financial
year 2009-10.

Chichester District Council use the Macfarlane Call Plus Distribution
System in our Customer Service Centre, it was installed in June 2009. I
can provide reports from June 2009 - March 2010

Can you advise me if you would like the reports as a .rep file or a csv
file.
