longer in operation, but the Department of Health should still hold
this information.

Dear Mr. Doole,
Thank you for your response to my FOI request to the Department of
Health (DoH), in which I asked how much the CHI investigation into
the activities of Loughborough GP, Peter Green, cost. I appreciate
you telling me where I might find this information.
I was most interested to learn that the DoH has eight files
archived, relating to Dr Green. Can you please explain the contents
of those files (even just the titles, if the information contained
in them has confidential/sensitive data e.g. relating to patients)?
Would it be possible for me to obtain copies of them?
I fully appreciate the DoH's responsibilities under the Data
Protection Act and would expect that any identifying details of
individuals would have to be redacted before the release of copies
of the documents.
I also understand that you may wish to treat this as a new FOI
request and/or that a reasonable charge may be made for the request
of copies of documents.
