Chemtrails

Dear Civil Aviation Authority,

Dear Sir/Madam

This is a request under The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (c.36)

My reason for this request is that I'm becoming concerned by the
level of strange contrails in the skies where I live. By strange I
mean the length of time a supposed contrail persists in the skies
over my house. I’ve personally observed them lasting between 15-30
minutes and on many occasion over 2 hours, because of this the
skies have become hazy and misty blocking out the natural sunlight.
On researching this I’ve discovered these trails have become known
as Chemtrails. It seems these Chemtrails may be or are a part of a
Geo-Engineering project that the UK government has decided to use
in order to fight Global Warming.

What concerns me is that after visiting various websites and forums
many people not just in the UK but all around Europe and even the
World are experiencing these odd trails. These odd contrails have
the exact characteristics as the ones I’ve observed over my house.

Another concern I have is the amount of toxic chemicals that have
been found to exist in these trails. Many people have conducted
tests on water samples they’ve collected and on closer study of
these water samples they been found to contain Aluminium, Barium,
Strontium, Zinc and Cadmium.

I’m also concerned that my own government doesn’t seem to deem the
issue as important, due to an absurd explanation such as this is
not a scientific recognised phenomenon. Always claiming these are
normal contrails composed of ice crystals forming on the small
particles and water vapour emitted by aircraft.

It does insult my intelligence that despite the fact the UK
Government has conducted experiments with such chemicals before in
Norwich i.e. The Porton Down Experiments. This is where people
living over Norwich were sprayed with Cadmium and Zinc particles to
see how well the UK was prepared for bio-warfare.

I would like to know is the Government conducting such experiments
again and if so what department is responsible for it.

From my observations I’ve noticed these supposed chemical trails
are released into the atmosphere via aerosol equipment that are
attached to unmarked planes that fly around the UK.

It’s very clear in this document the UK Government has plans or has
either implemented such plans without the public’s consent.

I’m further convinced that these are not contrails but are indeed
Chemtrails. I believe these plans are in affect are in fact due to
the fact a plane was observed close up leaving a chemtrail,
switching its aerosol equipment on and off at will.

As you can see from this small amount of evidence I’ve proven that
these are not Contrails and I do not want any reply stating that,
as many other people’s FOIA requests have done in the past stating
“these are Contrails formed by ice crystals or they are not a
recognised phenomena etc”

I would like to request information on who is responsible for the
program on Geo-Engineering, Aerosol Spraying, Cloud Seeding or
Cloud Whitening

What chemicals or substances are there in the discussed aerosols
that are stated quite clearly in this document?

I would like to request any copies of any reports, studies or
scientific experiments that were carried out. Any recorded data
regarding any or related issues on air pollution or the Geo
Engineering plans in Wales or the UK from the year 2000 - present
if please.

To help you better understand and direct my request I require the
following Information

•Any Impacts on the natural environment, agriculture etc.

•Impact on Public Health -

• Any studies in air, soil or water samples containing Aluminium,
Barium, Strontium, Zinc and Cadmium or other foreign materials

• Any impact to bird or wildlife

• Charts, Facts or Figures on tests conducted for air pollution
related to Commercial and Non Commercial Aircraft

Dear Chatfield Rick,

Having reviewed the information you sent me I must inform you I'm
not satisfied.

I'm therefore requesting an internal review of my request, as I
feel it has not been adequately dealt with.

You claim to have no knowledge of any aircraft involved or any
approval for any type of Geo-engineering program.

You said:

"The CAA does not hold information concerning alleged
geo-engineering activity, and does not have any knowledge of, or
involvement in, any operation to spray chemicals into the
atmosphere from aircraft."

I said:

"Any recorded data regarding any or related issues on air pollution
or the Geo-Engineering plans in Wales or the UK from the year 2000
– present."

You may notice I asked for information related on "Air Pollution"
as well as Geo-Engineering.

You appear to have used this excuse only to ignore my points one -
four.

Any Impacts on the natural environment, agriculture etc.

Any studies in air, soil or water samples containing Aluminium,
Barium, Strontium, Zinc and Cadmium or other foreign materials

Any impact to bird or wildlife

You provided me with reports on NOISE POLLUTION and its effects.
Where are the reports on points 1-4. I would very much like you to
look again for these reports please, especially to do with air
pollution.

Also the two reports you sent me where dated 04/04/2000 & April
2005, you don't have anything more recent or is it subject to any
restrictions

You said

"Any civil aircraft being used for the release of any material
would have to be approved by the CAA as airworthy.

This would involve the inspection of any tank construction, sealing
means, pipe work, nozzles etc. to confirm their suitability for the
proposed operation."

Though you claim not to know of any spraying equipment on planes
for proposed operation, but you seem to know what procedures would
be needed for such an operation.

Also your use of the words CIVIL AIRCRAFT. In my original request I
did say these planes appear to be unmarked planes, no identifiable
logo's or markings on them, meaning they can't be CIVIL AIRCRAFT
and therefore must be private or military etc.

These planes have been observed frequently enough to make me be
sure you have more on this issue.
