Dear Sir or Madam,

my FOI is concerning the chemical spraying of the public.Can you
provide any documentation to clarify
chemtrails.In 2002 the mod admitted spraying the public, if this is
still the case as i beleive it is,what is the purpose,and who funds
the spraying.
What chemicals are used in the spraying.
