Can you please advise if you mean solid tumour chemotherapy or do you
want to include haematology chemotherapy also

Request for Information

I refer to your request for information held by the Pennine Acute
Hospitals NHS Trust in which you requested the number of people who
received any chemotherapy in 2008 and I am pleased to respond to your
request as follows:

There were 1066 Chemotherapy treatments given in an outpatient setting
relating to 191 individual patients.

Thee were 1592 chemotherapy treatments given in an inpatient setting
relating to 369 individual patients.

This is a total of 2658 treatments but only 550 individual patients.
