Mr Clark
I am assuming that you are referring to your Request F09021 referring to febrile neutropenia. We have provided all the information that we can on this matter.
Please let me know in what way you are dissatisfied with the response you received. Without knowing the problem we cannot undertake an Internal Review of our response to that request.
Alternatively, this may not be an Internal Review if it is that you only want to know the number of people who receiving chemotherapy in 2008. If that is the case, that is a new request, not an Internal Review.
Please let me know whether this is a new request or let me have the details of your dissatisfaction with F09021.
If it is new request please confirm that you want the calendar year of 2008 or what is more usual, the fiscal year of 2008/9

We are responding to your request to know the number of people who received chemotherapy for the treatment of cancer in 2008.
From January - December 2008 this trust received 757 referrals for chemotherapy and delivered 5205 intravenous chemotherapy treatments for this period.
We consider that this request has been fully met. Please be assured that we have carefully considered your request. However, if you are not satisfied with this response you may request an independent internal review by a senior member of the Trust staff who has had no involvement in dealing with your request. We aim to deal with FOI appeals within 20 days of receipt.
