Chemotherapy

Thank you for your request for information dated 10 February 2009 which was received by East Kent Hospitals University Trust on 10 Febraury 2009. I note you seek access to the following information:

Could I get the number of people who received any chemotherapy in 2008.

We aim to reply to all requests within 20 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to do so we will notify you immediately.

The request may be subject to exemptions which the Trust is entitled to use, some of which are absolute and some of which only apply where the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs that in disclosing the information.

Once the information has been identified the Trust may also ask that a fee be paid for processing and delivering the information to you. Details of any fee to be charged will be notified to you as soon as possible.

Some requests may also require either full or partial transference to another public authority in order to answer your query in the fullest possible way. Again, you will be informed if this is the case.
