From: Michael Sanders
19 January 2012
Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
I am writing to you today to request information about self
assessment tax forms. Specifically, I would like to know how many
people completed them in 2007/8, and what number (or proportion) of
those were higher rate tax-payers who claimed a tax rebate for
their charitable giving. If data are not available for this year
but are for others, this would be acceptable.
Yours faithfully,
Michael Sanders
